Ascension Associate Membership Pricing

Membership pricing – Updated March 2025

Ascension Associate  (Ascension, R1RCM, Touchpoint, MedXcel, LabCorp & more)

$10 initiation fee, $40 per month*

Ascension Borgess Contract employee

$89 initiation fee, $65 per month

WMed employee/student

$89 initiation fee, $55 per month

Add-on Members**

Members  may add a spouse/domestic partner, or children aged 13-24.

1st add-on: $89 initiation fee + $33 per month
Additional add-ons: $50 initiation fee + $25 per month.

* Previous Ascension associate members pay $50 initiation outside of promotions when rejoining.
ALL applicants must bring ID, as well as employee badge if receiving a discount.
** A domestic partner is a significant other of a member residing in the same household for 6 months or more. Ascension associates may add a legally domiciled beneficiary.  Children 13-15 must be directly supervised by parent member.
