MetHIIT Metabolic Conditioning

Increase Metabolism, Increase your Results!

Metabolism conditioning aims to maximize your calorie burn during your workout, and keep it going even after you’re done exercising!

Our certified trainers employ High Intensity Interval Training, a technique that alternates high intensity exercise and active recovery. In your 1-on-1 training sessions, your trainer will guide you through a workout that challenges upper body, lower body & core, maintaining an elevated heart rate throughout the session.

1-on-1 personal training & nutrition support

Your exercise plan will match your goals and current ability level, and include a workout routine to follow on non-training days.  Plans and 1-on-1 sessions are tailored to your fitness goals and crafted by our personal trainers.

  • 12 Training Sessions over the 6-Week Program
  • 1 Nutrition Coaching Session
  •  Pre & post-training assessment incl.
  • Group HIIT Workouts (Monday PM & Wednesday AM)
Program cost: $299, ABHF members. ($360 Non-members, facility access incl’). May be split into 2 installments.
