BODYPUMP – Tuesday, 5:45 a.m. Think cardio is just treadmills and aerobics classes? Discover the cardio burn of strength training. We promise to show you how to keep your heart rate up while making your muscles strong. Adjustable to most fitness levels

RPM – Thursday, 5:45 a.m. Come and learn how to utilize either cardio power or cardio strength to get your heart pumping and your legs flying in this fast paced 45 minute, choreographed cycling class. Adjustable to most fitness levels.

XFACTOR – Monday or Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. Experience the energy boost that High intensity trainer led cardiovascular and strength training can provide as it strengthens your body and improves the blood flow to your heart. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Cardio Fusion – Wednesday, 5:45 a.m. Experience it all in a quick 45 minute workout that combines intervals, bootcamp exercises, step and more. We’ll show you how making your heart happy first thing in the morning can keep your metabolism humming all day. Adjustable to most fitness levels.
