Join Us For Free Outdoor Exercise All Month!

Take full advantage of the end of summer weather and get a complete workout in when you join us outside throughout the month of August.  This series of outdoor exercise classes and programs will have you getting in touch with nature, enjoying the fresh air, burning lots of calories and feeling like a kid again!  All classes and programs are free for BHFC members and guests.  In the event of inclement weather classes being held during the maintenance shut down (August 21-25) will be cancelled.  All other classes will be held indoors if necessary.

Tuesday, August 8 –   Yoga, 7 to 8 p.m.

Thursday, August 10 – Boot Camp Workout, 6:30 to 7;30 p.m.

Monday, August 14 –   R.I.P.P.E.D.®, 6 to 7 p.m.

Monday, August 21 –   Boot Camp Workout, 6 to 7 a.m.

Fitness Fusion – All fitness levels cardio, strength & flexibility Workout, 9 to  10 a.m.

Tuesday, August 22 – Yoga, 6 to 7 a.m. or 10 to 11 a.m.

Bow In The Clouds Trail Walk, 8 a.m.  Meet at the fitness center parking lot and enjoy a hike through nature with breathtaking views.  Well-behaved dogs on leashes may accompany participants.  Please wear sturdy shoes. Bug spray is also recommended.

Wednesday, August 23 – Boot Camp Workout, 6 to 7 a.m.

Fitness Fusion – Cardio Strength & Flexibility Workout, 9 to 10 a.m.

Thursday, August 24 –  Yoga, 6 to 7 a.m.

Bow In The Clouds Trail Walk, 8 a.m.

Boot Camp Workout, 6 to 7 p.m.

Friday, August 25 – Boot Camp Workout, 6 to 7 a.m.

Tuesday, August 29 – Yoga, 7 to 8 p.m.
